i751 request for evidence

Hello,

We just received a letter requesting evidence for my husbands removal of conditions. The letter has a list of things we need to send in, but then says "Any other relevant documents not already mentioned. PLEASE DO NOT SEND COPIES OF DOCUMENTS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED."

Because this was submitted in June of 2019, I don't remember what I sent in. I thought I made a list of what I sent in on my work station laptop but I can't find it. I'm wondering if anyone has sent in documents more than once.

Also it's a little difficult to get more affidavits with covid19 in place.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Guys! So I had a delay on sending our joint I-751 petition but we're getting ready to send it out on Monday (in 2 days :o ) As suggested on my previous post, I made a sworn affidavit for my parents stating that we live with them and we will be living with them until we save up some money for our own place. I am not sure if this is good, I was given links with very good information on how to make the affidavit but I am pretty nervous since I tried to make it 1 page but I am not sure if I did good or if I should make changes. I would appreciate it if someone could give me some feedback.

I replaced my information with fake names, addresses and dates. But that is exactly how I have it arranged. Please let me know how I did and if I should add, remove or change a few things. Thank You in advance ^_^

Hello all!

My financ is Mexican and we are about to start the K-1 process by sending the i-129f. She needs to be in Mexico in July 2020 so we do not want her to receive the visa and have it expire before then. I've read that normally the K-1 is valid for 6 months but it can be shorter if your medical exam is valid for less time. Does anyone know if the visa medical exams in Mexico are normally valid for six months?

Thanks!

Hi! Has anyone or is anyone making travel plans to go see their spouse during the quarantine? My husband and I were thinking of trying to make arrangements for the end of May/first of June. He is in Mexico City. I am curious if anyone has been still visiting their spouse during this time. I understand the international flight ban but I didn t know if anyone has an experience and know if it s okay to do so.

thank you

Hello! I'm gathering all the documents to send my AOS, I have notice most applicants also send evidence like photos and the lease together etc, but I can't find any source that states this evidence is needed? I thought all this proof was needed for the interview, can somebody please tell me how you decided what extra evidence you need to send with the AOS?

Thank you!

Btw I'm adjusting from a K1 visa
