US Immigration from Mexico

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me.

Im the beneficiary currently living and waiting in Mexico, I got my welcome letter for the NVC yesterday and I need to get my police clearance but in my city (Monterrey) they don t do that anymore so does someone know how can I get it so I can submit it? Thank you!

Me and my fianc want to send the i-129f to start the process but we are unsure if we should wait until the current situation is over or if the USCIS is still accepting/processing k-1 applications?

I'm filling out the I-129F form now.

My beneficiary has been to the United States five times as a tourist, including three times to visit me.

Since my beneficiary is not CURRENTLY in the United States, it would seem that I don't have to fill out items 38 a - 38 h.

But the INSTRUCTIONS page seems to say that I do need to fill out that part.

The instructions page says:

Part 2: Information about your beneficiary:

Item Numbers 37. - 38.h. Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record. Select the box to indicate whether your beneficiary has ever been in the United States. Provide the date of your beneficiary s most recent entry in the United States, his or her I-94 Arrival-Departure Record Number, if available, and his or her immigration status at the time of arrival (for example, student, tourist, temporary worker, without inspection). Provide the expiration date and identification numbers on the I-94 or I-95 Arrival-Departure Records, travel documents, and or passports.

But the actual form says:

Quote

If your beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete item numbers 38 a - 38 h.

Hi all,

My wife has her AP/EAD card and I was wondering how to lawfully babysit. Her GC interview was postponed last month and I was hoping to ask then, but I ll ask you guys in the meantime. She wants to work, but we both want to do this entire process by the books as we have from the start. Jobs are obviously hard to come by now however she was offered to take care of a family s children for the summer. Is this something she can accept? We would be logging her income for tax purposes but I m not sure how it can legally be considered work .

Currently, my fiance and I are waiting for the consulate to open back up to finish her fingerprint appointment and final interview for the K1 Visa. However, while we are waiting I would love to visit her, but our concern has always been, what happens if she were to become pregnant while we are still waiting for the K1 visa? Would she be able to obtain a B2 visa for her medical appointments for her pregnancy? I know the US has tighten down on this particular subject with "birth tourism", However, that only targets individuals who are looking to obtain this visa so their child can gain US citizenship. That wouldn't apply in our case because since I am a US citizen, my child would be as well anyways. The main reason we would want to do this would be for financial reasons anyways,
