Hello, Me and my fianc are getting ready to send in t. our i-129f, I am currently in Mexico staying with her and her family while we wait out the quarantine. The problem is some original documents are at home in the U.S., which is my current official address so I would like to send everything from there. Will it be okay to sign the i-129f and then scan it and send it to my mom for her to send to USCIC from the U.S. Also can you electronically sign the i-129f or does it have to be by hand? Thanks!

Hello, I was arrested in high school for a prank gone bad, a group of friends and I tried to move a large wooden statue of a bear outside of a restaurant across the street and were caught in the act. The bear was worth more than $1000 so we were charged with grand larceny (a felony) and resisting arrest for trying to run away. The judge dismissed the charges, gave us 20 hours of community service and sealed the case (so I don't have any official record of this) I know I have to disclose this fact in the i-129 and will do so (I just finished law school and I've had to disclose it when I applied to law school, when I got a job at a law firm, and I will have to disclose it again when applying to take the bar exam). But I'm just wondering if this can hurt my chances or make the process take longer? And if so, what I can do to avoid that? Thanks!

Hello, I am filing for my fiance who is Mexican. I recently studied abroad for a semester in Spain and I lived in three different apartments over about a four month span. For question 9, where is says list all of your physical addresses for the last five years, should I list all three of these addresses? Also, for question 50, should I include Spain as one of the places I resided in? Thanks!

Is there any situation in which a consular interview not be required for obtaining the spousal visa? My wife and I have been married since April 2018, and we initially filed her I-130 in June 2018. Our case was sent to the Embassy in Ciudad Juarez in June 2019, and we are still waiting for her Visa Interview Appointment. Considering that the Embassy is currently closed due to Covid-19, with no public plans for it to be reopened, has anyone heard of any cases where this step has been allowed to be skipped?
