DS260 Question

Hi Guys,

I'm filing the DS 260 and I have one question. The form asks if I have documentation to establish that I have received vaccinations in accordance with US law? Should I put "yes" since by the moment of my interview I'm supposed to have all the required vaccinations? I've heard that this is part of the Medical Exams and if you don't have them they will give them to you during the exam.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, my husband and I are in process of filing the I 130. We know there's a part where we can attach evidence of our relationship, like screenshots, mesages, receipts, etc. He is Puerto rican (US military) and I'm mexican, but the question here is do we have to translate every single thing with a professional translator? If not, how can we attach that evidence? Thank you in advance!

Hi,

I received my welcome letter on my email from NVC yesterday 5/17/2020 I know the nvc fees are good for a year , but is it from the day they gave me a case number or the date of the payment receipt ? If the payment for the fees expire in a year do I have to pay for them again ?

Fiance received email to schedule medical appointment again!

My fiance and I had an interview date of April 2, at the Ciudad Juarez consulate in Mexico. However, before we received official notification that they were suspending visa services, the MEDICAL CENTER actually contacted us days before claiming that the consulate had told them what was going to happen, before there was any official notice yet. So, seeing that my fiance just got an email saying that they are available to schedule a medical appointment with her again, tells me that this a good news and they are probably opening back up the Consulate again!!!! I'm trying to stay calmed and grounded but I am getting very excited!

Please let me know, for anyone else applying for a K1 visa in Mexico that had an Interview and Medical Exam date, if you have received this email as well.
