Worried about interview

Hi, I understand with whole pandemic there hasn't been interviews, other than expedited petitions. I was in Mexico from March 10 to the June 4. During this time, I was notified in April about NVC approving all documents for my husband's case. My mother has been picking up my mail. However, when I came back I did not receive most of my mail due to her misplacing them. Can someone please get me out of this doubt I have been having, I am worried since April my husband's interview letter came but is now missing or will they be sending an email? The 3 month waiting period is up this month! Please tell me what I need to do to make sure my case isn't automatically denied.

Stuck at NVC with NO ACTION

I have been stuck at the NVC since early April and my status just says At NVC. I call them and I get no real info other than the consulate in Juarez is not taking cases right now. I see where others have been uploading documents and paying the fees. I don't even have that option. Is that correct at this time due to CoVid? Am I missing something here?

Ciudad Juarez immigrant visa appointment wait times ?

There used to be a topic that was consistently created for case complete to interview wait times for specific US Embassies but I can't seem to find a recent one dated for 2020.

I started the petition for my 10 y/o step son in August of 2018. I received a case complete letter in my email this morning. YAY! Finally.

I know from what I read last summer that Ciudad Juarez wait times were ridiculous and taking almost another whole year.

Is that still the case? My step son is only 10 and won't affect the ban on immigrants that President Trump recently imposed, correct?

Could this mean we should be expecting an interview date in around 90 days? Is the embassy even functioning right now due to COVID-19?

Any information is very much appreciated!

Thank you!

I-693 deficiency notice

We didn t get a NOA yet from our June 1st filing but we did get a notice today that we didn t submit an I-693. Is that normal now? This is my second time doing an AOS as I got a divorce 4 years ago. I am shocked at the timelines now. It only took three months before. One of my step-daughters got an RFE for not sending a long form birth certificate which was confusing as it was the same form as my wife s and they took hers. So now we are trying to get someone in Mexico to get a long form if they have one. Anyone else have that issue. The RFE said it had to have at least one parent listed but her form had both.

Online Filing I-130 Questions for AOS (TN)

Hi, I just found this forum and am very grateful! I have many questions. Every time we finish a packet, I find something else we need to do. Just to give some background I am a US citizen by birth and my husband is on the TN visa and we got married in March. So I have a bunch of questions regarding filing the I-130 online.

In the online I-130 form it asks for just one photograph. We got the 2x2 passport photos per the I-130 instructions.

1. We are having a problem though, every time we scan them in they look like the background isn't white, which it strictly says on the submission form. Almost ready to throw in the towel and mail it in with all of the other paperwork. Should we just mail in the I-130 with the I-485?

2. For the I-944, it asks for appraisals of owned property. We own a property outright and want to make sure that we are doing this correctly. We have the deed. Is that enough to submit with assets? Or do we need to have the house appraised?

3. For the I-944, do we need to include translation for high school diploma/transcripts? We provided it for the college diploma and transcripts.

4. If I submit the I-130 online, then I would send all of the paperwork via the Chicago lockbox together. My husband's I-485 and I-944 are submitted together? Do I submit everything together separately once we receive notice from USCIS about the I-130 being accepted online?

Thank you in advance!!
