Hello all, On early June I submitted the AOS packet for my wife and her two kids. The Chicago Lockbox received the package on June 9th and I haven't heard from them since. I called on July 8th to inquire about our acceptance status but their systems didn't show anything about us. They instructed me to send an email to the Lockbox and I haven't received a reply since. For those who submitted Tourist VISA AOS recently (May/June time frame), how long did you have to wait to get a notification by text/email and the check chashed or credit cards charged? We are very concerned since her I-94 expires in 10 days.

Hi! So my fianc and I were approved for an emergency appointment from the consulate for her K1 visa. Does anyone know what exactly happens next? They said they would contact her shortly via phone, in which I just updated her phone number on the appointment website since she got a new phone. The only part we had left was the Visa interview itself (as well as her fingerprint and medical appointment for the interview).

We are moving to a different state in a couple months, while we have our I-751 pending at CSC (WAC), we filed in February 2020 and haven't heard anything since the extension letter, curious if anyone has gone thru something similar and is aware of how hard or slow it will be to get transferred to another office, all comments are welcome. thanks

Hello wonderful people! Has anyone had an OBIM FOIA (formally US-VISIT) record labeled "Type: EWI" that was classified as a throwback? It was recently suggested to me that only OBIM FOIA records labeled "PWAM" (NOT "EWI") were throwbacks. CBP FOIA came back empty. Hubby's record is from 1999 if that makes any difference. Thanks

I'm the petitioner, things didn't work out, wife actually went home to her country, said she was going to return her green card. At any point it was the conditional green card and it's expired now. And there's no question that she's in her home country. Do I need to bother doing anything with regards to the affidavit of support or is it safe to assume it's invalid now?
