US Immigration from Mexico

my attorney submitted the extension paperwork for my I-94, but I'm trying to renew my drivers license with my passport and I797C, but they didn't accepted. I live in Utah. has any one has an issue like this?

Hello all....like so many, I am stuck at the NVC and waiting. My fiancee lives in Mexico, so we will be waiting for Juarez. I am starting to feel hopeless in all of this. I have this awful feeling that since it is Juarez, I will be waiting still this time next year. I know some people got appointments in about 2 months pre-CoVid, but others keep telling me that Juarez is the worst and it takes a year to a year and a half to even get an appointment. This makes me literally cry. It makes me want to simply sell everything, including the brand new home that I just purchased for my new wife and I, and try to find a job in Mexico. I hate that I am feeling like giving up on my country, but my country is failing me at every turn. There is no information from the NVC, nothing from the Consulate, the only info I can get from my Congressman is false info from the Dept. of State.....I feel like I am at the end of the rope and nothing is working out. I need some good news, something that I can do to move forward, I need hope.

With all of the talk of lawsuits recently, what is your thoughts on the Writ of Mandamus filed for our K-1 stuck at the NVC. I filed nearly one year ago. Listening to the lawyers talk about the WoM, it sounds pretty good, however I am thinking with CoVid, they can simply claim that everything was shutdown and no action will be taken. I have requested an emergency 5 times and denied each time, so I am trying to determine the next step. I can't just do nothing. This is my life and that of my fiancee that I am dealing with. I need to fight until the end.

I am currently printing out itineraries, boarding passes and so on for my I-129f application. This probably doesn't matter but is it okay to print things double-sided? Or should everything be one-sided?

Also same question for the I-129f itself?

I like USPS and this post is not meant to hate on the USPS as they have always been great, but due to current events, I wanted to post this to advise people not to to send their packages to the Chicago lockbox via USPS due to mail delays:

This delay will also get worse with elections and Christmas coming up.

There have also been multiple posts on this forum and other forums which confirm that packages are stuck in transit to USCIS from the Chicago processing center. If you are going to mail your package to the Chicago lockbox, use another Courier and mail it to:
