I am about to submit my I-130 application. I know I will need a I-601A waiver. Does anyone know if USCIS will tell me I need it, or do I send it after?

Hello all, I am hoping not to get completely flamed, as I did in my last post about a year ago but here goes... My (ex-ish) Fiance and I I applied for a K-1 Visa last March(ish) time frame. We got NOA2 May 29th 2019. During that time period my then fiance, now ex/complicated situation, had second thoughts because of religious differences. Since then we have been on and off, and have been on again for the better part of 2020. I never called to cancel the K1 visa, and she has scheduled the appointment to do the interview (Cuidad Juarez) on two different occasions. My question is, since it has been over a year since we got NOA2, does that expire? Is it still possible to try to schedule the interview? I am asking not even because we are talking about marriage again, but I just want to see if that option is even there. I know that if we were able to do the interview, the question would for sure arise as to why it took so long to do it, and I am sure that a lot of people are going to comment and completely destroy me for asking such a dumb question when clearly we have no business getting married (sorry I have some PTSD from this forum from previous posts), but I just want to know, in theory, could the interview still be done, or is this k-1 a lost cause? For what its worth, I explained to her the potential gravity of scheduling, and cancelling the appointments, and not going for such a long time, when she was making these decisions, so I am fully aware. Thank you in advance

Hi All, My wife and I are in the process of renewing her combo card for EAD/AP. We compiled all the necessary copies of documents (existing card, I-94, passport photos etc) but we aren t sure if we need duplicate copies to satisfy the I-765 and I-131 individually. Since this will all be in one envelope, do we need to do that? Thank you!

Hello everyone! I submitted the AOS package(s) for both my parents on July 16th. I utilized the credit card authorization forms (a separate authorization form is required for I-130 and I-485 per the instructions). Yesterday, my dad called me because he just got a large package in the mail with a rejection letter from USCIS. The letter clearly states that it is in reference to form I-485, and that the package has been rejected due to an improperly filled out credit card authorization form, or because the card was declined. I'm a bit confused because I verified the forms multiple times and even called my debit card company to let them know of the upcoming charges. It's water under the bridge now I guess! I do have a question for those of you who may have had this issue before. I submtitted: I-130, I-485, I-864, I-944, and I-765 together. My dad sent me a photo of the letter, which states that "you will be notified separately about any other case you may have filed". I asked my dad to check to verify that all forms were returned, but all the prongs were taken out of my files, meaning they were all jumbled up and he wasn't able to tell me what was returned. In your experience, are ALL files in the package returned? Or would this package only include the I-485? I'm hoping they usually return everything, since it would make it easier to file again. In addition, it would make no sense to NOT return I-765, as it would get rejected without an underlying petition. In addition, no money has been taken from my account for the other form submitted (I-130). Have any of you had any familiar experiences? My parents live about 8 hours away, so I won't be able to drive there for at least a week, but I'm just trying to figure out whether the package was FULLY returned, or if I need to wait a few weeks to see if any other portions of hte package are left to be returned.

Hello members, I just submitted the K1 visa application on 8/3/2020 this Monday. I haven't seen my fiancee in Mexico for several months now because of the pandemic. My question is: 1. Can I (US citizen) travel to Mexico now to visit her? Do I need to apply a Mexican tourist visa? Does Mexico enforce any 2 week mandatory quarantine? What's your recent travel experience to Mexico? 2. Is it a good idea for my Mexican fiancee to travel to the US to visit me using her B2 tourist visa while waiting for her K1 visa application? Any Mexican member here traveling to the US recently? Thank you. Kevin
