I'm expecting my NOA2 really soon as the my case status "Case has been approved" on USCIS website. I like to prepare things earlier or at least understand what's the next steps and documents that I should be getting ready.

As I'm gathering information I-134, Affidavit of Support while waiting for my NOA2 to arrive, my fiance got laid off few days ago because of Covid 19. So my question now is, should we start looking for a co sponsor? Cause I'm quite sure my fiance makes enough a year to be above the 125% of HHS Poverty Guidelines.

But to be safe, what should we do? Should we start looking for a co sponsor or even if his assets and taxes files for previous years are above the poverty guidelines?

Even if his assets and all that is enough, we still need submit the employer's letters in the package.

Anything help or comments would be appreciated!

I recently got an RFE and they were asking if I met my fiance through International Marriage Broker.

When I first submit our I-129F, we did not mentioned that we met on Tinder but we did attached Evidence of Relationship. And I was wonder if I should mentioned now that we have met on Tinder along with cover letter, Tinder's Terms of Service?

Please help a sister out! Appreciate it.

As the title, can a conditional green card holder be a joint sponsor?

I entered the U.S with a K1 visa 2 years ago and recently filed the I-751 to remove condition on residence. I'm currently living with my spouse, and our marriage is going well. However, I will be moving to another state for college next year. I'm worried about how that might affect my green card renewal? and consequently my naturalization down the road? Hopefully someone can shed some lights on this. Thank you!

I am a Georgia resident and the voter registration deadline in the coming election for my area is Feb 24th and the election date is on March 24th (Presidential Preference Primary and Special Election). My oath ceremony takes place on Feb 26th. Is it illegal to register to vote before my oath ceremony?
