I received my NOA2 on 26th March, been patiently waiting to receive a letter from NVC with case number and instructions. But so far my fiance and I have not received anything yet. We are planning to call NVC and check up on our case, but it says that non-immigrant visa hotline as been temporarily suspended. I have been reading the forum for EO but it's really confusing, as the EO says it only applies to immigrant visa and to my knowledge, K1 visa is a non-immigrant visa. So my question is, is all the process for my K1 visa is being paused because of EO? Are they still processing K1 visa at NVC? What should I do now and what can I do?

Hi everyone, Just looking to see if anyone have any ideas on this. My country went into lockdown a week before my scheduled appointment. Naturally, I have all the documents ready for that appointment. Now it's been over a month since then. I don't know when the lockdown will be lifted but would I have to "update" the documents for the eventual interview? my fiance's job hasn't been affected by the virus, fortunately, so all the documents are still valid. My concern is the date of the documents which would show that its more than a month old (or possibility more). Same goes to the evidence of relationship like chats and photos. I know its a little early to be worried about these things but I'd like to be prepared. Thank you!
