Only met once and interview is soon? Thoughts?

There's not much I can find on the internet of reports of people having success or denials with only meeting once before the Embassy interview except for very high risk countries like Nigeria, Cambodia, Afghanistan, ect. Any thoughts or reports on that would be appreciated. Besides being poor, my fianc e's country should he considered low risk.

Not only is my fianc e country is very expensive to fly to, but my work has gotten complicated to where I'm unsure if I can travel there before interview (we are in the middle of NVC stage). This is why I'm asking the question.

Is this an NoA2 approval?

I jumped on the website this morning and saw this. It doesn't say approval and doesn't look like the same notices that I see other people post. And I've gotten no email or text message. So is this a Noa2 or not?

Do USCIS usually skip entire weeks? Why is the entire 2nd week of November is being neglected? (angry face!)

We still have more cases in our week than anyone else except 2 weeks in January. Has any of the longtime group members seen anything like this before? I feel like I'm in a restaurant waiting 20 minutes for my order while seeing other people walk in and walk out.

Is there too many mistakes that they will make them deny instead of sending an RFE to fix them?

I think I'm going to get an RFE. I did my own packet before I found this site. I learned a lot of stuff on here that I didn't see in other parts of the internet. I didn't copy all pages of my passport. I see that I should have from reading here (but I don't remember seeing anything about that in the instructions the government supplied). I also only did a computer print out of my fiancee passport photo. I saw other people got RFE'd and were asked to supply a glossy photo. Finally, I'm unsure about my birth certificate, I might get an RFE for not copying the back, even though nothing is really on the back. If I do get one, hopefully it will not extend my application for than a month.

Planning having a baby abroad between k1 and adjusting status. Problems?

Me and my fianc e (have not gotten k1 yet) want to have children but she wants to start right away. I do too but I don't want too much extra headaches with expenses, , paperwork and immigration. So I thought of the idea of trying for a baby after marriage and before adjustment of status. We will get a "permission to travel" paper (I forget the name) after filing to adjust status. She will give birth in her home country and come back. Because we will be married, I assume the process of bringing the child back will be much easier than if not.

Do anyone see any legal issues or problems with this idea?
