US Immigration from Lebanon

Hello everyone, I am helping my friend to file his paperwork and everything is ready except I-864 for his fiance, he has joint sponsor since she didn't work in the last 4 years, what should we put in items 24.a,b,c ?? zeros is my guess but then what should we answer item 24 , if I check the checkbox what supporting evidence that we have to submit that she was not required to file federal income tax returns. thanks

I received an RFE for my K1 petition. For anyone in the same situation, after sending the evidence requested, how long did it take to process the rest of the petition? NOA2 and so on...

Hi everyone I hope somebody can help me and tell me how much time should I wait to hear something from the nvc after resubmitting rejected documents ? It has been more than 45 days and I haven't heard from them

My interview was approved on December 31. It's 17 January now and I still haven't received any notification or call to get my passport. On the USTRAVELDOCS website when I log in it shows that my passport is still in the US embassy / consulate. If I try to write my passport number under track & receive my passport I get the message: 'There is no status update available for the passport number submitted'

Should I call the embassy or just continue waiting?

On the CEAC website it says my visa was issued with the last update being on January 3.

my father is the principal applicant and listed his family as derivatives (me ,my 2 sisters,and my mother) the petitioner is my uncle. now my sister is married and already traveled to USA(her husband is a us citizen) so we haven't paid the fees or filled the ds-260 for her and we removed her from the list by showing her visa as a cause. After like 2 months and after all our civil documents were accepted, we were in the process of filling petitioner related documents when her name suddenly came back! now we're worried because we submitted some documents and we didn't get an answer yet, so we tried removing her name again by showing her marriage certificate,but when we did that it said next to her name under review for like 10 minutes and then her application was reinstated. we tried this for couple of times but the same thing happened. my questions are: will the NVC still see the certificate and remove her name after 5 days even if it doesn't say under review next to her application? and will the petitioner related documents be reviewed even if her application isn't removed?
