US Immigration from Lebanon

Hello everyone it has been a while trying to figure out why nvc keep rejecting my wife's birth certificate . She is lebanese citizen born in Kuwait. We sent a birth certificate from lebanon it was rejected since it is issued by a the lebanese consulation. We send them one from Kuwait but it is very old and rejected it again saying it is not from the right authority. I'm thinking may because it is very old. Has anybody been in a similar situation? What do you think the problem?

Hey, we received an F4 immigrant visa this year after January. We are now residents. Do we need to file 2019 taxes?

For anyone waiting on interview for a K1 visa in Lebanon, today I received this email clarifying they will be processing K1 visas as soon as the embassy opens, therefore is not effected by the proclamation.
Just last week they were saying we would have to wait until the End of the proclamation.

I have approval from the Immigration Department from the third month, and the approval will expire after 20 days. What should I do? Thank you

I have received an update from CEAC that my case has been expedited to post, but I have never applied for an expedite. Also my VISA status has changed from AT NVC to READY.

I am applying for a CR1 Visa and got DQued in May. I have been waiting for an update ever since.

what does all this mean? could it be a mistake from NVC or is it normal to receive such update even if I did not apply for any expedite.
