US Immigration from Lebanon

Hey, we received an F4 immigrant visa this year after January. We are now residents. Do we need to file 2019 taxes?

For anyone waiting on interview for a K1 visa in Lebanon, today I received this email clarifying they will be processing K1 visas as soon as the embassy opens, therefore is not effected by the proclamation.
Just last week they were saying we would have to wait until the End of the proclamation.

I have approval from the Immigration Department from the third month, and the approval will expire after 20 days. What should I do? Thank you

I have received an update from CEAC that my case has been expedited to post, but I have never applied for an expedite. Also my VISA status has changed from AT NVC to READY.

I am applying for a CR1 Visa and got DQued in May. I have been waiting for an update ever since.

what does all this mean? could it be a mistake from NVC or is it normal to receive such update even if I did not apply for any expedite.

My wife and I would like to know how we could petition for her parents and two brothers in a way that they are all approved and able to move here at the same time? Her two brothers are over 18 years old, but they still live with their parents and are dependent on them. So, it is basically a situation where they all move here at once together or none of them move at all. My wife and I are both U.S. citizens, so we were looking into the i-130, but the processing times for parents and siblings of U.S. citizens are different so we wanted to know what our options were to keep them together as a family unit throughout the immigration process.

Do we have any options we can pursue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
