I'm a US citizen living in Lebanon and my fiance is a Palestine refugee from Lebanon. We want to get our process and paperwork started with the Embassy in Lebanon but they don't seem to be open in any capacity. The appointment booking server is unavailable (blocked out) online, they don't answer the phone, and they reply to our e-mails with automated messages. The first step for us is to obtain the document certifying that I have never been married previously, and then get started with the forms... how can we go this if the Embassy appears to be shut down?

Hi, I am a US citizen living in Lebanon. My fiance is a Palestinian refugee, born and residing in Lebanon, and we will soon marry and start the CR-1 visa process. We are wondering if there are extra complications or a longer timeline for acceptance given her status as a Palestinian refugee?

I got little confused about online I 130 application. There is a question that asks when last marriage end under current spouse tab. So, I'm just wondering ...

is " Last Marriage" referring to the current or previous marriage?

I'm just wondering if I start with my current physical address while providing address history "where I live in the last 5 years". I indicated that I live at my current mailing address in the step before.

If I'm suppose to start with my current physical address, it doesn't let me move forward without providing a date which is not applicable since I'm currently live at this address.

I'm filing I-130 ONLINE.
