US Immigration from Laos

Hello,

I understand this is a waiting game, but I feel my application has been way overdue and it's making me anxious. My partner is from Laos and we are a same-sex couple. It's been approx 8.5 months since they have recieved it. Am I the only one or are other folks in the same boat as well?

What are the next steps I should take? I tried emailing twice with not much success. I haven't tried calling yet, because I wanted to get other folks to weigh in on what I should or should not be doing. There was a recent suspension on all Lao immigrant visas, however, I am not sure if our application has been affected by that or will be affected by the suspension?

I'm feeling pretty defeated and hopeless right now.

I have just started the online application for citizenship. They are asking for exact dates of my work history. I have had lots of little jobs over the past 5 years. is it okay to estimate if I pretty much know the month and year but not the exact date?

Hi y'all. I've submitted a K-1 application in November 2019 and still waiting on my application to be adjudicated. Then this happened this morning.

Made me a bit sick to the stomach. How should I go about appealing this? How can I prove that it'll cause me hardship, because honestly, it has already begun. I just feel like things just keep piling up this year.
