If u have an incident of domestic violence from 10 years ago when u were 18, would that affect your petition in any way.

The domestic violence case was misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct both same incident

I uploaded my citizenship and paystub in additional supporting documents will I be sending that with the i864 and tax transcript or just the required AOS to the beneficiary.

Hello so my infant son is still with my wife aboard and I would like to apply for a SSN for him I been directed from the embassy in that country to the embassy of Philippines to start the process i have a few questions

My wife will be signing the application but she is not a US citizen will this be okay cause it states valid/unexpired us documents of sign parent. Thank you in advance

I'm looking for help, I feel hopeless and need to figure out my next step.

So my petition was denied at uscis in August 2020 and never made it to stage 2 (consultant).

1. How soon can I REstart my petition? (same fiance)

2. If I was lacking evidence like chats and phone calls. Will it be good for me to appeal and send them more evidence? IF yes, Do I need to gather up all my paper work again or will they have it?

3. Any advice and ideas would be helpful.
