US Immigration from Kyrgyzstan

Does anyone have an idea how long it take for the embassy to review your request. I just got my second response from the NVC which states:

Dear Sir/Madam:

We are reviewing your request for expedited processing of this immigrant visa petition. We will notify you with the results when the review is complete.

Please note that only the U.S. Embassy or Consulate has the ability to approve or deny expedite requests.

So I'm making the assumption they have forwarded my request to the Embassy in my wife's country. Any clues on how long this review will take?

I need help with i864 form. Part2. Mailing address, I need to put address where My parents living country or I can put USA address? For part6 income I need to put my income or I can put my and sponsor income together? Thanks

I'm trying to understand health insurance application for my mother as she will not be part of our household for the 2021. I'm looking into premium in Covered California which is a health insurance marketplace under Affordable Care Act. To my understanding, Covered California is not considered public charge and website states that there is not "5 year rule". When applying for the insurance, I specify her yearly income from self-employment (she is a tutor), the suggested premium is priced at $1 per month, which seems extremely low. While she was part of our household, monthly premium was in $800+.

Are we able to apply thru Covered California even though my husband and I, sponsored the Affidavit of Support I-864? To note, she will not be part of our household; and for 2019 and 2020 tax purposes, my mother was not considered as a dependent per IRS.

She became a LPR in Aug 2019.

Now the processing time for K1 is 7.5-9.5 months(

Hi all,

My wife and I have our green card interview on January 14th. I am nervous beyond all else and I have a few questions about documentation to bring:

1. I changed positions at my current place of employment, which moved me up to full time, do I need to print a revised copy of my I-485 form with the new position on it, along with paystubs? I have access to all of my documents on my computer.

2. My wife and I still live with my parents and have no bills outside of our phone bill under our name. We have two separate bank accounts (one of them is a joint account), accessible under one account/login. What documentation will be acceptable if we don t have bills under our name?

3. In relation to the first question, what if I don t have a duplicate copy of my forms, but have handwritten copies?
