US Immigration from Kenya

I am going to be doing the K1 interview on Tuesday and I'm starting to get a little worried. I am working on he I134 form and I will need a joint sponsor. Between my fiancee sponsoring me and my joint sponsor, they have more than enough to meet the income requirements. However, I am becoming a little nervous as I do not feel confident that I can explain to the officers the financial situation even if I do provide the requested paperwork like w2 and paystubs, etc. How concerned should I be and is it highly likely I'll get a denial or is it not as bad as it seems? At this point I feel we've basically done all we can to prepare for the interview.

In the section 26a-27 that asks you to fill out that you have submitted a visa petition to U.S. citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s)---- if the joint sponsor is filling this form out, what should they put? should they put the beneficiary's me here even though it was technically me, the beneficiary, who submitted the the petition on my fiancee's behalf?

Note that I already filled out my own form and my joint sponsor is filling this form out, so I just wanted to clarify that my joint sponsor says that they did submit a petition on my fiancee's behalf. I attached screenshot below.

When filling out the I134 Affidavit of Support, in the Dependents' Information section of the form, are they asking for my fiancee to be put here if I'm supporting her, or is it only asking for children/other dependents?

I am filling out the I 134 affidavit of support to prepare my fiancee for her interview at the embassy in her country and it's unclear to me what person needs to complete the form. Would it be me (the petitioner), or is it the person who I want to sponsor her (if it's a different person from me)?
