Hello , do they still processing administrative processes cases during this pandemic ??

I don t know where it s written or if it s even written, but pertaining to a WoM (Writ of Mandamus), what do you all think a federal judge considers to be an UNREASONABLE length of administrative processing when considering the WoM?

My NOA2 it s coming up on one year April 26 and I m still in administrative processing. Anyone know what happens after a year?

I am part of a Facebook group of people who are stuck in Administrative Processing. I am hearing from a handful of those people that they have all recently had GOOD NEWS after filing Writ of Mandamus or WOM. Most have been in AP for minimum 8 months before filing (not 1 year like so many of feel we need to be). Everyone who filed that I came across IN THAT GROUP has gotten approved. I am encouraging them all to start accounts here and post their experience. The two attorneys they've used have had a 90% and 95% success rate. They consult first and some even reject WOM for some countries I read. Both charge $4000, take payments. I am encouraging anyone who has filed a WOM to post their experiences here, good or bad, so we can start a thread. It seems with the extreme recent delays for so many in AP, something can be done. Its a risk but a I life the percentage of approvals. Reading is believing and Im encouraged to get started on mine soon. Hope we can all share more.

i filed for AOS on Dec 30, and Received NOA1 on jan 05. I changed my address on Jan 11 and I received a notice of address change on Jan 13. I don t know what center is processing my petition, and I was wondering why I haven t received biometrics appointment letter? although it s been almost 2 months since I filed and most people get their biometrics done within one month of filing. any idea?
