What forms should the joint sponsor provide to be uploaded to NVC? The I-864 and proof of citizenship... should the joint sponsor provide anything else?

I read somewhere a while back that it was important to make strict privacy settings on your social media during the IR1 visa process. I didn t know why that would be important to make your posts private if you re not hiding anything, but I figured I d ask here and see if there is a reason I should do this...

The question asks if you have been outside the country/region for the last 5 years. If I select yes, I cannot pick the US as the country. Therefore, is "no" the answer I should put, since my spouse has not been to any other country besides the US in the last 5 years? As always, thanks for your help.

My fiance lost her job due at her hotel due to covid 19 and since her apartment was tied to her contract, lost that too. Her interview was canceled (10 days away anyhow) and we decided she could visit me and wait here for an interview date to go back Now Japan has cutoff all visitors from the US and have mandatory 14 day self funded quarantine, no use of public transportation, etc. We have no idea if the embassy there will even reopen this year, not to mention the risk to herself not just from catching Covid-19, but to the potential for local backlash in Japan from her returning home "unnecessarily" as there has been a string of violent response to others in similar situations. Nor would I even be able to accompany her to marry in Japan (along with my passport being stolen on Monday) So all in all I believe our best and safest course of action would be for her to stay, marry and file AOS, and start a new petition. Am I right to think this is a viable course of action given the current climate? And what steps should I take from here? Formally withdraw our K1 application and then file a new one after? Thanks in advance.

Things didn't work between my ex and I, and we are now officially divorced in Japan. As you can probably guess, we both would like to withdraw our USCIS visa application, but we aren't sure on how to go about doing so right now. Do I necessarily need to mail them a letter of withdrawal? If we don't respond to anything they send in the future, will they eventually just close our case? Do I send it to the service center our visa was sent to? Are the service centers receiving mail right now? Any and all help or a link to another thread would help tremendously, thanks.
