Is there anyone your case transferred to a service center with longer average processing times?
I got Nebraska but my case transferred to Potomac without notice.
I believe transfer lightening the burden on service center but Potomac processing time is much longer than Nebraska now, so my transfer doesn t make sense.
Should I wait to inquire based on Potomac processing time or can I ask on Nebraska processing time?
Since USCIS says transfer doesn t make delay so it s very unfair if my case will take longer than Nebraska

I expect to have my green card interview soon and I noticed my medical examination report is expired. I m pretty sure I submitted the report when I filed I-485 but the uscis agent over the phone wasn t able to tell me if I did. They also couldn t give me the local field office phone number to ask.

What should I do?

Hello, we are filling out the I-944. Question 9 asks for household assets.

Question 10 says provide a list of your liabilities and debts. It sounds to me like they are only requesting the liabilities of the beneficiary. Does anyone have any insight to confirm or deny this?

The best way we were able to prove having met each other within the last 2 years was a trip we took about 2 years ago. The trip was from the 23rd of December 2018 and lasted until Jan. 3rd 2019.

I have sent the application on Dec. 5th but so far have received no NOA1. I see that many people get a NOA1 around 10 days after sending their application and some get it after just a few day, should we be getting worried? The shipping was priority express and I sent everything correctly. The tracking said it was signed for and picked up on the 8th, so 7 business days ago.

Any tips?

My husband and I moved to Hawai i from Washington 4 months ago. We sent an address change request to USCIS 10days before we moved to Hawai i but I just got email from them saying no one came to the interview and this will significantly affect your case we even called them and told them that we want to have an interview here in Hawai i and the guy who we talked said I ll send a request and send your notice. We tried to call them to confirm in five different times but they never picked up. What should I do next?your case.
