Is the evaluation of equivalency just required for university, or is it needed for high school as well?

Is it ok to just list the college info on the I-944 or should high school be listed as well?

Between 2007-2010, I lived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

According to the screenshot below from the reciprocity table on travel.state.gov, one might turn up to a K1 (nonimmigrant) visa interview without having obtained a police record.

However sometimes K1 is treated as an immigrant visa, so can anyone advise with authority on whether I am exempt from gaining the police check, or whether not having one is actually necessary and likely to lead to delays and a 221g being issued?

My wife s I-751 application can be submitted from 2/28, however we are out of the country from 1/30 - 5/1.

I plan on having a family member send the completed application on 2/28, but I was wondering if it s OK not to include the January utilities and bank account statements as I won t be around to print / add them to the application (it would be difficult to have a family member do this for us in my opinion)? I am including at least 3-4 months of random statements for each year plus the most recent nov and dec bills.

I am currently preparing for i-129f.

My fiance told me that I should file i-944 with i-129f but in the instruction of i-129, it doesn't say anything. From my understanding of i-944, I need to submit it when I'm in the process of adjustment of status which means after I enter the US.

He called USCIS and they said I need to submit i-944 with i-129f but I'm still not sure if I need it because most of the questions in i-944 seem irrelevant to me.

Does anyone file i-944 with i-129f?

Quick question about filing location for I-129F.

I am living abroad in Japan with my fiance and filing the i-129f for K1 VISA.

I will have to send the entire packet to my family in the USA, who will then forward it to the correct filing location in the US.

This is because i need to draw a check from a US bank account, so my mom will write the check, put in in the packet, and forward.

Because the packet will be coming from within the states at that point (Priority, FedEx, or UPS), should it be sent to the Lewisville location?

Any advice is appreciated.
