Confused about DCF/I-130

Hello!
Apologies if this has been asked/answered.
I am living abroad in Japan with my Japanese husband.
We want to start the process of getting him a visa so we can move to the US.

Because I will be filing from abroad, I was under the impression that I have to do DCF.

However, it seems that the circumstances for DCF are for emergencies.

I am not sure what the difference is between filing for an I-130 and doing DCF.
Any information is helpful!

Forgot to put copy of GC for I-131 Re=entry permit

My wife who has GC applied I-131 re-entry permit, but I forgot to put a copy of her GC in the envelop. What should we do? Waiting for the USCIS response? Or submit the new one? I appreciate any of your suggestions.

I'm finally putting together packaged for family based (spouse) adjustment of status as someone that's currently in the US under an E2 visa. I was wondering if anyone is aware that if I should or shouldn't file I-765 as I am authorized to work in the country as a E2 visa holder as long as I stay with the same company, or if I should just file for I-765 anyways.

I send i751 form dec last year.

Today took money from uscis.

And right now

2028382200 call me.

I though bad parson because he dont talking name.

And he ask me are you speak english?

And i said no

Because I was sceard.

And I did hang off.

But when I hang off finish I reserch this number.

Its was uscis.

Then when I call back they cant answer..

What shall I do?
