US Immigration from Japan

Hi, I have been combing this forum for answers and it has been very useful for solving most questions, but I sadly couldn't find an answer for a few of these questions so I was curious if somebody knew the answer to any of them.

On Part 1: I am the petitioner, but am also one of the joint sponsors (I am under the presumption that my father will file another I-864, and my mother will do a I-864A), so I am a bit confused on this part. I am guessing I would choose 1.e: "I am the first/second of two joint sponsors.", but I am not entirely sure and just wanted to double check.

Part 3 is asking for family members. I am only petitioning for my wife, do I write her name in "Family Member 1"? I am guessing not.

Part 6 and 7, I do not have any income in the US as I have been living abroad for years (hence using my father as sponsor). In this case, do I check #6, "Unemployed"? Also, do I leave my "current individual annual income" as $0, along with the income descriptions? Also, I am guessing the savings/assets are only the ones in the US right? So, in our case, $0?

my fianc recently had her visa approved and we are planning to head back to the states in the next few months.

her visa expires Jun 22nd, and she is planning to come to the states on Jun 7th. First of all, didn t mean to cut it so close, but wasn t aware the six month validity was tied to medical examination date and not visa reception. She has already booked her flight

I know the visa will allow her to enter the US and we must marry within 90 days, however, do we need to be legally wed before her visa term expires on 6/22? Or as long as she enters the country before that time, we have 90 days to wed regardless of the k1 visa expiring?

I ve tried to pull up info on this and can t find anything specific.

Hello! We're preparing for DS 260 form while waiting for our I-130 gets accepted. I came across to the section of addresses I have used since I was 16 years old. Does that include vacations? Like I visited my husband ( boyfriend back then ) and stay in US for like 2 months, do I have to put this address as well?

We just started the process of getting CR1 visa online with our attorney.

we checked all of the documents and now ready to submit. But this came up to the page.
Does this mean that all notices will be sent to both of us and our attorney ? ( if we don t check any boxes.)
Also is it ok to have the Identity Documents sent only to them? Just in case for some reason My husband is out of town when something like that comes in.

btw we hired an attorney. What I am confused is the email from them about G28 relationship passcode. What is about it??
