Joint sponsor's previous i-864 application

Hello,

My i-130 for my spouse was approved last year December and I'm currently working with our joint sponsor in filing out the i864 form at the NVC stage since my income is from foreign sources.

However, he put "1" on part 5 question 3 because he is married. But question 6 asks about other sponsored persons. He filed an i864 for his wife more than 10 years ago and she is now a permanenet resident.

Part 8 instructs to add parts 1-7. However wouldn't we be counting his wife twice for the household size?

Thank you all for the help so far!

N-400 question: child and spousal support

Hi everyone, I am filling in my N-400 application based on 3-years marriage rule and have a question.

To the question how many children do you have? , I answered 0. I don t have any children of my own, and my husband s kids are all over 18years old.
But in the evidence section it still asks me to provide child and spousal support evidence.
We both were married before, but none of us is paying any spouse support.
1. Should I just ignore this section? When I click next , I do get a yellow warning sign with if you do not provide evidence, your application processing may be delayed . It makes me nervous.

2. Should I again attach our divorce documents? They are already attached in previous marriage evidence section.

My husband used to pay spouse support, but he is not obligated to this anymore for almost 4 years, before even we got married.

thank you for any advices

I legit am unsure of who is behind their own workers/computers. I feel like they don't check through what is uploaded.

I finally figured out the household member bit regarding their initial demand of putting my spouse as one (when I did for the 864). They were demanding he basically fill out his own 864 (some intending immigrants can, but he isn't eligible to).

When I inquired about it, they outright ignored my question and went on to say "upload a W-2, 1099, and Schedule form or we cannot proceed".

I worked abroad. I don't have a W-2. I have the English translated equivalent with an explanation and it was accepted.

I uploaded my 1099. It was accepted.

My schedule form was one of the first rounds of submitted documents and was accepted. All they are asking for, more or less, is there. Before they sent this response.

Also for my joint sponsor his California license was enough for domicile but mine wasn't for my own? Huh?

It feels like I'm going in circles and the people responding in inquiries are just AI Bots or something.

Hi! I have a question related to the employers address.
If I am working remotely, do I write the address of my home in employers address section? Or do I write the address of the company I am hired by?

Medical in Tokyo

I went for my medical at the Tokyo medical and surgical clinic today.

Before I went I had:

- 4 covid vaccines

- MMR titer test

- TD vaccine

- Hep B vaccine (1st dose)

When I arrived I had to go straight to room 15, not the main desk.

I had blood drawn

I had a chest x-ray

I had an eye test, height and weight

I had a very cursory physical check - throat, eyes palpitate the abdomen, listen to chest and heart.

Then she told me that I need to have an additional

- flu vaccine

- covid vaccine (must be within one year)

- polio vaccine (regardless of whether I had one as a child.)

She let me off on TDap because it has tetanus and I had my TD 2 days before and the rest of the hep B course because there is no time.

The whole thing cost 70 000 yen (base cost 30 000). So.

Hope this clarifies for someone.
