US Immigration from Japan

Hey all! We finally made the interview stage, just as I was giving birth later half of February. Husband's interview is the end of this month, and we scheduled my baby's report and proof of citizenship before so he doesn't count as an immigrant.

Out of precaution, because I don't have working history for 2024 and nothing to count for a 1099 per Twitch, I had our joint sponsor send me his 2024 info just in case. It shouldn't hurt to bring that and kiddo's birth report right?

We are currently collecting documents to submit on nvc website.

Our household size is 3 including my husband who is a petitioner, me as beneficiary and our son. Our son was born in the states so my husband is only sponsoring me.

When I look up poverty guidelines on USCIS website, it says household size of 3 (125% of HHS poverty guidelines) is $33,312. This number $33,312 is referring to the total income on your Federal Tax Return? Or can we use total wages ?

If anyone could inform us, that would be great! Thank you.

Hellox, I made an expedited request due to family health emergency through the NVC expedite email after my DQ, and I got a reply from the embassy in Tokyo. The request is quite vague. Are they requesting documents pertaining to the applicant or petitioner? I (petitioner) sent a letter to the NVC on behalf of my spouse.

Documents A and B isn't possible if it's pertaining to the applicant becuase my spouse has no SSN. Also we both reside overseas and still using the national health insurance in Japan. I'm not employed at the moment and we used a co-sponsor. Any thoughts on what I should upload? We are in a pinch right now, and we just needed to move our interview date closer.

Civil litigation record is include to criminal history?
should I answer yes to the question [4.a Have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance in any country, excluding traffic violence ( unless a traffic violation was alcohol- or drug-related or involved a fine of $500 or more?)]

and continue to 4.b

these question from part3(page9 of form I-129F)
then I need to add documents of my civil litigation record?

*I have one civil litigation record (dismissed case)

and this case was not about any criminals like police stuff.

it was about delaying my payment to finance company.

In my research on internet

it says civil litigation record is not necessary for visa application.

but I want to make sure if I need to add my court case or not. also I want to make our application goes clearly and smoothly .
