RFE notices posted online?

Apologies if this question has been asked and answered previously. My online account states that "Request For Initial Evidence Was Sent on May 1 2023". My concern is that I am presently out of the country visiting my wife and am not able to retrieve USPS mail sent to my US address. Furthermore, I don't see the RFE notice under the Documents tab although it is already the evening of May 2. My question is whether I can expect the RFE notice to be available in my account? Is this delay between the case status update and the notice not being available common? Have others been able to view their RFE notices online?

Thank you for any observations you might have!

What went wrong with Global Entry?

Very poor experience arriving back at SFO with global entry (which both of us have) and I-751 pending, expired GC and extension letter. My spouse tried to take his picture and scan his expired green card at the global entry kiosk and it just flashed see officer .

Went to the officer who was extremely rude and impatient. He seemed to think my spouse was lying about having global entry, as he said it isn t showing up in the system. I explained that we used it just four months earlier before the green card expired with no issues, to which he continued to act frustrated and implied we were lying about having my spouse having it. He seemed to think I was the only who had it and I was trying to bring my spouse along.

It was just then that I remembered we brought the global entry cards (the ones that they say you don t need to carry with you), which my spouse showed the officer. That seemed to finally get him to believe us. I m so glad we brought those just in case, turned out to be very useful.

After that he said you need to have global entry update your information as it does not show in the system but he let us through.

I don t understand what he means - I didn t think global entry updates anything based on extension letters. Did they really unregister his expired green card from his global entry profile to the point that *nothing* shows up when they scan it?

It was an awful welcome back to the US after a two week trip abroad in my spouse s home country. I don t understand why they have to be so nasty about everything.

my father is going to be my joint sponsor, and we are trying to get all of the supporting documents.

He receives a military pension, and social security.

would the social security statement be the Form SSA-1099 or the SSA-1042S ?

My dad isn't sure how to get the forms, and hes not good with computers. Its possible that he has them and just doesn't know what they are.

can someone post instructions on how to get the VA and SS yearly benefits statement for 2023? im assuming that my dad has an online SS account.

Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien

I am going to file an I-130 soon for my wife (remarriage). Then, I have a question about "Have you ever previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?"

I filed I-485 for myself and for my ex-wife years ago before my naturalization, then, divorced.

I recently naturalized to the USA.

I have not filed an I-130 after I got the US citizenship for anyone and this I-130 is the first one for my wife (remarriage).

Should I answer the question, "Yes?" and list my ex-wife in the answer to the question?

Thank you in advance for your help.
