US Immigration from Japan

Hi, I have a question about Part6,7 on I-129. I m a beneficiary, preparing the form and translating some evidences. (I m gonna put my signature for translation) Do I need to fill out Part 6 and 7 as a preparer and interpreter?

I would appreciate it if someone could help me!

My wife needs to renew her 10 year green card which will be eligible for renewal at the end of this month.

I'm having trouble with Part 3 of form I-90 , specifically these questions:

1) Location where did you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status

2) Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.

We did an interview together in Tokyo for a K-1 visa, but this was a non-immigrant visa and I assume it doesn't apply here.

Is #1 above where we mailed Form I-485? And #2 where (the USCIS office) we did the interview for the conditional greencard? Or something else?

Does form I-751 (Removal of conditions) fit anywhere here?

I have copies of most of the forms I filled out for the K-1 visa, greencard, and removal of conditions, but I don't remember where we mailed out the forms. Or the address of the USCIS office where we did the interview.

We filed from Los Angeles, CA. Is there any way to know what actual locations we used for the above? Or should I just get the addresses from the forms' instructions?

I just noticed these in my timeline:

Adjustment of Status
CIS Office : Los Angeles CA

Lifting Conditions
CIS Office : Vermont Service Center

Is it as simple as Los Angeles CA for both #1 and #2?

I'd appreciate any advice.

Tried asking this in the region specific forum, but no response. Does the Osaka consulate do visa interviews? Or will my spouse have to travel to the embassy in Tokyo? Just want to be sure before I submit the I-130.

I got a 2 messages from NVC.

the first said that All required documents have been received and approved. the second one said

"The police certificate required for Japan is not needed in order for the interview to be scheduled. However, the police certificate must be obtained and submitted before the visa interview. For information regarding an acceptable police certificate, please use our Document Finder at https://nvc.state.gov/find"

I went to the documents section and in the response note is says

"The police certificate required for Japan is..."

My wife and I went to the Prefecture police depart where they took her fingerprints and we went back 2 weeks later to get the Police certificate.

The police certificate is in a blue envelope from the prefecture we live in with my wife's name and

"To: The Authorities Concerned, United States of America (Content: Certificate of Criminal Record )

the back has stamps on the edges where the envelope opens.

when uploading I copy and pasted the special seal/format section from the state.gove site in the comments.

Did i get the wrong document or did the person reviewing not know about Japanese police certificates?

I'm the US citizen and my spouse is a Japanese citizen currently living in Japan. I have the marriage certificate as well as a translated copy uploaded to the proof of marriage section. For additional proof of marriage, I'm uploading the following:

1. 401k beneficiary designation
2. Life insurance beneficiary designation
3. Health/dental/vision insurance coverage
4. Photo of same credit card in both our names (I couldn't add her as joint, but was able to add her as authorized user)
5. Joint checking account ownership
6. Jewelry receipts
7. Travel documentation (photo of my Japan tourist visas and her I-94 travel history)
8. A PDF containing ~30 photos of us with family members as well from throughout our relationship (we met 9 months ago)

Would it be overkill to add her to my lease? Or would that potentially create confusion regarding where she's actually living? Any additional evidence I should consider???
