US Immigration from Jamaica

Does nvc send out cover letter with welcome letter anymore? When I did my petition I got a cover letter but doing another petition now I just recieve welcome letter and no cover letter.

I don t understand.
i had filed under my husband and sent in I-130 which was approved and I-485 I went to my interview and my husband didn t. I did a vawa petition I got approved of the facie paid for ead. It updated that they used my old fingerprints then the I-130 was updated and said we ordered your new card I did my medical but it wasn t sent in. What card are they referring to? Did this happen to anyone?

I logged into uscis account in order to verify the address after paying immigrant visa fee, and it's missing my apt number. My apt number has been on every form submitted during this process. I tried to update it on the myuscis account but the save button doesn't work. Should I just file the change of address form? Or call uscis to verify what they have on file? Or maybe on entry have the immigration officer update the address?
