Hello all

When my fianc applied for his tourist visa, the agency put down he was COMMON LAW MARRIED to the mother of their child. Due to this we got and RFE. How or what do I need to do to clear this up. With common law we know that there is no record so no record of divorce. I am at a loss any advice PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Anyone from Tampa Florida receive an interview for I751 case as yet. I filed in April 2019 to remove condition. Did biometric in November. Realized many people getting approved without an interview, hopefully I m one of them.

I just received my NOA2 and I am planning for the future process now. The petitioner just finished her first year of working and would have made the 125% of Poverty line. She does not have 3 years earnings to show and about $15000 in Savings. How much attention is normally paid to this in Jamaica and is a co sponsor necessary?

Hi , my son and I had our interview on the 16 of December 2019. I was given 221g form to submit my father and step mom tax transcript. I never got back my passport. I did submit doc. on the 30 of December and on that same date I got an email that they have received my documents. There is multiple results AP and Ready. On the 2 Jan 2020 my AP and Ready status was updated. Then on the 8 of January the Ready status was updated. Visa -FB1

I am a bit worried...I have no idea what's happening.

I need help!! I just became a Citizen and I have a dilemma..I want to apply for a passport for my 16 year old. I have not been in contact with her father for many years and I learned recently that he passed away back in '05 in Switzerland. After reaching out to his family I got a copy of his cremation certificate. Is that enough to apply for the passport? I called department of state and the lady said I have to apply for a naturalization certificate for her in order to apply for a passport..please if anyone knows how I can apply for a passport for her without going that route it would be greatly appreciated..thanks!
