Can someone shed some light please. My file is now with the Jamaican Embassy, need to know if i can submit and pay the fee for my DS-160 now (K1&K2) before i receive the packet 3?

Well, I haven t received my 10 year green-card as yet, however the immigration officer said, I can go ahead and submit my N400. He said, if I get approved I ll just go ahead and get my citizenship interview. So, I asked him if I need to get my number of my greencard he said no. So I m gonna go right ahead and file . He said I won t be getting a 10 year card if I get approved for citizenship. I have been married to my US spouse for 3 yrs October will be 4yrs

I received a date for my husband's interview, and have registered online to schedule an appointment for his medical exam. Has anyone here completed the interview process before completing the medical exam and what was your experience? Thanks

Hello. I'm trying to help a friend out and hopefully someone can give insight. My friend holds a green card and is living in the United states. The green card expired last sept, but he and his attorney have already filed to have it renewed. He has to renew his driver's license in or order for him to renew his car tag, and the tag expires at the end of this month. He has not recieved a receipt from filing for adjustment of status, and it has been almost 3 months. The attorney told him that there is nothing she can do to get a recipet, and he must wait. Does anyone know if this attorney is telling him the truth? My experience, I know that it took me and my ex husband 3 weeks to get a recipt.

My husband biometric was in october. How long does it take to know if you have to have a interview. Or will he just be approved.
