US Immigration from Jamaica

I m a US Citizen filing for my spouse. I was notified that my case was from transferred NSC to California Service Center when I called USCIS. Does this center process that is case if so what the time frame. PD September 2

Please help!!!! They told my fianc he was approved but when I log online to see the update it say administration processing . Is this normal ? They told him he can pick it up in 1/2 weeks for the visa . Will it actually take the full 2 weeks ?

My fianc just approved for the visa . I want to know if their is anything I can start filling out now to get a head start on an adjustment of status ? Or do I have to wait until he enters and after we get married before any paperwork is filled out? Im just trying to be proactive and not wait around . Also how long does it normally take to get a work authorization before my fianc can start work? He is wanting to start ASAP and I know it can be a few months . Any way to speed up the process ?

Can I file for a Jamaican spouse living in the Grand Cayman with her having a Jamaican address to place on the I-130? My spouse lives in Cayman for the past 4 years do I stiil need to get police records from Jamaica and Cayman as well?

I have looked through a few of the threads but not all, and had a question on how one would file US taxes while in the US on a work visa is that even possible? Can someone from their country help them file for a US tax return or no? I just looking for information. Am I able to file for them being a US citizen?
