US Immigration from Jamaica

In California cannabis is legal for medicinal purposes. My fianc is coming from Jamaica wherein the laws are basically the same. He uses cannabis to ease pain he suffered from an accident in which he broke his foot. When he takes the medical examination should he mention this?

I read the instructions that I don t need to sumbit my 3yrs tax return for my N-400 application right now, However, has anyone ever done that before? I will go ahead and submit other documents though. I m filing online. I haven t receive my 10 yr greencard, but I can still file my N-400 when April comes. Reply. Thanks

Good Morning! We received our RFE asking for more evidence of our marriage. We dont file taxes together but he put my son on his taxes as single head of house hold. Could he use his taxes if my son name is on it and not the mines. Also I am.hearing something about check that you are a foreigner on your taxes. But it wasn't checked. We didn't submit td any taxes just saw online today they are request evidence. So really not sure what to hey want. I know we did have much evidence. He did want o do what I ask him to do so sent what I could.

Hello, just wondering if a difference in age is a factor. I am a female US citizen who went to a wedding in Jamaica for 8 days and met the best man I have ever known. He did not know how old I was when we met. I am 55 and he is 25. Since we met, I have spoken to his family and he has met my family. He is very sincere about our relationship and he asked me if I was interested in have a serious relationship with him. We have a spiritual connection that is out of this world and I cannot see my life without him.

So I finally got DQ for me and my daughter after nvc asking for my Marriage certificate To upload on my daughters page it took approximately two months after I sent to get the DQ I wonder how long it s gonna take to get this interview knowing what s going on Smh
