Di anyone that file in February get EAD approve without sending a Request?

We received and RFE and my husband is trying his best in trick me into ways to make me go forward to sending what they ask for. But I refuse. He just told his family in Jamaica it was over. He cheated on me,treat me like dog . I just found out he told someone he know he treated me bad. No lawyer want to deal with the case. Unless I am on the same page. His taxes was file single head of house hold.

He said I guess I'll go home. But every day he ask me what we gone do. They dnt even want the same pictures. We dont have any new pictures he didn't even want to take any. Sad we got a 3 page letter basically they sad insuffient evidence.

Ok I am new to this site. I am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer. If you don't follow the news, Peace Corps made decisions 2 weeks ago to suspend all Peace Corps Operations and I as well as 7,000 other volunteers serving globally were forced to end our service earlier than we expected.. I got engaged to my fiance literally two days before I was told we had to evacuate and we barely got a chance to start planning... Now I know that you WILL be denied if on SNAP or unemployment at the time of your application... So my question is if I get put on snap UNTIL I am able to find work will that mess up my chances for sending for him later within the year? know the process takes some time.. I just want to know. I'm on my own and need to make ends meet.

Now that I mailed my I129f application, I am concerned about my intent to marry letter. I have 1 letter stating we intend to marry and me and the beneficiary signed the same letter at the bottom and date. Will this do? Or should I have had 2 separate letters one from me and a different from the beneficiary?

Has anyone recently had an infopass Appointment scheduled (past month or so)? When they sent the email with the link to print the letter, were you able to?

I keep getting an error saying no appointments were found for this name. This was happening before the offices closed as well. Want to know if anyone got the error or went to their appointment without the letter with no issues.
