Hi everyone, i am in the process of completing the forms for AOS and i need your assistance. The question is 'Do i submit the same affidavit of support like i did for my interview and just add updated/additional info like payslips, 2019 Tax transcript etc? Looking forward to a response. Thanks.

I am not confident I am using the correct postal codes. I am using JMAAW07 for Kingston 11. As I understand it the 7 digit system was never rolled out completely. It's so confusing. Even my fiance's mother and father don't know what their postal code is. My question is if I don't use the correct code, will my application be rejected?

My husband file my i-130 may 8th 2019 he was permanent residence at the time he come citizen in November 2019 I put in my adjustment of status January 24 did my biometric feburary 19th, my i-130 was transfer to my local office march 25 I dont receive my letter yet so I dont know why, anyway my question is do you think my interview will schedule if my adjustment is not ready am confused someone told me once my i-130 reach my local office its closest to my interview but I haven't even received my work permit yet what you guys think?

I just filed my I129f but had a question. My fianc s father s wife had filed a I130 petition on his behalf a while back. Will this affect our case being approved? Maybe they will tell him to wait for the approval of that petition? Has anyone experienced this before? Any help is appreciated.
