Hi have a question I submitted a 1-130 for my daughter she had a visitor visa she had a child here and went back home she was returning and was. Send back home I hit a letter from USCIS to explain about her exclusion proceeding they need date and time and they reason do you think i am going to need a lawyer for this or it this going to be a problem

So, I filed my N-400 online on 4/24/20. I automatically received a case number. It was updated on the 25 that estimated case completion time 7 months (November 2020). They will begin reviewing my application by conducting a background check to identify any issues. They will also schedule biometric appointment to collect fingerprint. I ll let you know as the case updates. Still haven t received my 10 year green card

after filing for your parents/ parent to come to the United States and it was approved. How long Can they stay in their country before they migrate? I mean after they received the visa.

Hello I did receive a RFE staying I need to provide more evidence for a bonafide marriage. On the paper I did state money transfer. Would it help or hurt you if you show that you send your spouse money now and then. It s not a lot maybe 50 or 60 dollars at a time. I have seen good and bad reviews. Thanks
