Hi everyone, i am hoping to submit my AOS for myself (K1) and my K2 by the end of this month. I need your help to decifer Part 5. What is consisdered the household size? do we add my spouse USC child in the household even if he doesnt live with us? Do i add my 14 yr old K2 even though he would need is own I-846 form? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i'm currently filling out the ds 260 for cr1. In the section for additional work/training/edication info they ask if you've traveled to other countries. Is this just meant to be for work related travel or should I put countries I may uave visited for tourism? Thanks.

So, my case was updated on the 5/08/20 that it was moved to my local office and it has been received. They are working on it. I m wondering if it s because I filed my N-400 they showing progress.

Quick Question, with the covid-19 going on, many people are laid-off from jobs, imagine Mr X filed a petition and all is approved waiting for interview as of today. however before the interview date, Mr X got laid-off. Will that be an issue during the interview. Note. He had a full time job in 2019, and his I-864 was approved base on 2019 income. Someone sent me a Private message , however I have no idea.
