Hi guys, I'm a bit stress out here any advice would be grateful please, so I filed i751 with divorce waiver on April 10th at the Vermont service center did biometric in July 3rd nothing since last week Monday june 22nd I got update online that an RFE was mailed to me the thing is I used a lawyer to file my case so all documents goes to them not sure why didnt get a copy of anything. Since last week no contact from the office call on Monday only to just learn the lawyer that was working on my case no long there they gave me number for the new lawyer and up to today no answer from them ..I really need to know what's in the RFE and its stressing me I'm thinking it's for my divorce decree idk ..I'm thinking of changing lawyer can I?

But if I'm in the wrong spot I'm really sorry.I don't know if anyone can help me with this but if you can please do I really appreciate it. so I have a pending adjustment. My husband is a US citizen. We want to petition for my son which is my husband stepson. My son is out of the country I want to get my son here I realize that I have to file i-130, after I file a i-130 can I file a k4 Visa? Or I have to be in the same country as him to file k4 visa along with the k3 Visa

Hey guys. I know that all of the K1 family has been stressed beyond a doubt during this difficult time with covid and the presidential proclamation now extended. So good news for k1 visas is we are NOT apart of the ban/suspension and our interviews will be resume once the Embassy reopens. My wonderful wife to be emailed them and got this response (other persons got a similar response too so it s not just us ). This should bring much needed relief to everyone.

Hello guys, so I petitioned for my mom to move here, my husband is in the military and i am currently a stay at home mom so we will be using his income to fill out the AOS, however, i don't know whether i should list my husband as a joint sponsor since we file our taxes jointly or if i should just enter his employment information on the AOS

I have a question on the i-864 that is supposed to accompany the i-944. I am adjusting my mother's status and have filled out an i-864 with my information as the sponsor. However, according to the instructions, she needs to submit an I864 as well as the beneficiary along with the I-944. What do I choose in Part 1 and Part 3. The form seems to be geared towards someone else sponsoring a beneficiary.
