CR1 I-130 Filing Online - Questions and Concerns

Hello all.

My husband were just married last month he lives overseas and I live in USA. We are now in the process of collecting documents/evidence to file the I-130 form but are debating if we should file by mail or online. If anyone can help I just have a few questions that may help make this process a tiny bit easier (if possible) so here gos!

These questions are referring to Online Filing.
1. Do I sign I-130a for husband not living in USA?

2. Does overseas spouse need 2 passport size photo submitted with I -130 form or are they only needed for interview phase?

3. Do photos have to be named and dated on the back?

4. Can you upload photos directly from your cell phone without being scanned?

5. What documents need to be scanned on both sides?

6. Do all documents need to be in PDF. Format?

7. Which documents need to be notarized?
8. Do I still need to submit a cover letter?
Any other helpful information is much appreciated!

My wife and I are filling the forms for adjustment of status , travel auth , and work auth . She originally came on a k1 visa . Is she required to fill out the I-131 form ? I do not understand how to fill it out or if she s required to . If she is what is she supposed to check off for part 2 ?

Have anyone hear anything about September cancellation Of Ir1/cr1 visa? Anyone get a reschedule appointment as yet? I heard we will hear more on Wednesday on fb the CO will speak hopefully we hear good news

My lawyer says she filed i130s for both my kids in Jamaica my oldest will turn 21 in December 2020 and the other girl is 15 years old in June I filed in February and My lawyer don t even receive the the receipt from uscis she says it s been a backlog from the 4 months lockdown it s making me nervous because I can t hear anything she says the files are in Missouri. Can anyone tell me if they are having the same problem or when my kids would be here am a I got my permanent residence by filing i360
