I file a K1 visa for my husband in 2021 and they refuse him, because of controlled substance and they gave 212 (a) (2) (a) (i) (ii), they claim he is inadmissible. we got married in July 2021 of the same year. and I file an I 130 in 2023, waiting on a response, I'm worried if they will denied me again.

I completed my interview April 4th 2024, then attended my us medical at Andrews April 15, however I was told to wait 2 weeks (29 APRIL 2024) to receive my covid shot then send it to them via email. .However, I have no idea if my lab results have reached the Embassy and I still have my passport on me, so does anyone know if i should deliver my passport to the document center and have them send it to the embassy? AND does anyone have the embassy email because Andrews Hospital keeps putting me on hold.

I know there's no specific timelines and might not be able to compare, but wondering for anyone who had an interview in Jamaica and was put into administrative processing, how long did it take? Husband had his interview April 16 and got 221g for missing document but they kept his passport. Missing document was sent in April 19.

Went to the court and let them know we need court records for immigration but instead they provided a certified letter signed by the Deputy County Clerk. The letter states the court that was attended, the judge that presided over the case, the date it happened, the charges, and the final disposition. Would this possibly be enough or should we go back and push for the records...?
