US Immigration from Jamaica

I am looking for some information if anyone knows if this is possible. I am a US citizen and i filed an I-130 for my brother and its now at the NVC my mother just became a us citizen is it possible for her to take over the application for him to make the time line shorter or do i have cancel and how do i do that. So she refile due to the long wait time for this category.

I submit my document on April 8th and it's past the date for reviews so I call NVC and they stated that they cannot open my last document I sent so they said that they send me to the supervisory how long does supervisory take to review the documents.

This is a 3 page letter that I received today. They need more information from my husband to support all that he stated on his form. If I send a copy of his w2 and his 2020 tax transcripts, do I still need to send the bank statements, pays tubs or any other financial documents.

My Children immigrated last week. During inspection with CBP, they stated that their medical was not included in the paperwork sent by Jamaica Embassy, and that I would have to do their medical over again in order for GC and SSN to be issued.

I have emailed the embassy and waiting on a response. Has anyone else had this issue.
