US Immigration from Italy

Long shot but doesn't hurt to ask for help right? My fiance lives in Florence Italy and he just told me he thinks many of his family members back home have TB. I'm afraid even if he doesn't have the disease he will test positive at consulate medical exam. That is several months away so we want to check now and start taking steps if necessary. He says his regular doctor in Florence is racist and unhelpful, So he wants to go to a private clinic. I can't find anything online since I don't speak Italian. He doesn't use the internet. Does anyone know of a private practice in Florence that he can go to for a tb test and x-ray?

I can't help myself feeling stressed about this! I'm going to try to keep this as short as possible:

1. Previously married in the US, registered marriage in a foreign country(Romania) at the time.

2. My now fiance has Italian citizenship and his K-1 interview will be in Naples, Italy.

3. I have a final divorce decree here in the states that I obtained before submitting the I-129F.

4. This final US divorce decree was not registered yet in Romania for the purposes of the Romanian government.

Should I be worried? It is something I want to sort out, but I wasn't planning on visiting Romania for that reason as I am already short on time off from work.

I would think the US final divorce decree is enough though? Please help as I have been afraid to ask. (I am the US citizen petitioner in this equation.)

Hey everyone!

My fianc and I sent our petition to the Dallas lockbox on January, 25th and, according to the FedEx tracking system, it was delivered on January, 29th.

On February, 3rd my fianc received a text message with our case number (starting with WAC, so I assume it will be processed by the California Service Center) and the text confirmed that they receive the packet on January, 29th.

I also checked the Case Stutus tracker and it says the same thing.

Since the text message with haven't received any paper copy of the NOA1.

Is this normal?

This may sound like a silly question, but I'm so cautious and I want to make sure I'm not making any mistakes due to not asking questions!

We're waiting for the NOA2. I'm the petitioner and I have a trip scheduled for March to see my fiance. Was going to apply for Global Entry today as it takes a bit to get an answer as far as I was told. Does anybody know if it's ok to do that while the process for K-1 is pending?

Hey everyone
I m looking for some updated information on receiving a Georgia state license for my husband. He will arrive with his I-551, visa-expiry date is in May, no green-card in hand yet. Will that be a hindrance, or will his visa be enough as one of the requirements for his driving license as long as he takes the written/driving exam before the Visa expiration date? We d like to get the license right away, if possible. We are also aware that we will need his SSN. Also, not sure if it s of any importance but he will have his unexpired foreign driving license.
