US Immigration from Italy

I am filling out the I-944 Form. I am the Alien / beneficiary. I have worked in my home country and filed the tax return there.

The form asks you to provide your most recent federal tax return but this applies only to whom has worked in the US....

What do I have to do?

I finally entered the US on a K1 Visa. Where can I find some documents about the AOS here?

I see that the Form I - 485 has expired but USCIS has not replaced it.

Hi everyone. After almost three years of struggles I am finally reunited with my husband in the Us. I arrived on the 27th of October. They told me that my SSN Number should arrive within three weeks. I am a bit impatient because there are so many applications I would like to send asap. What are your experiences with this? Thank you in advance

Hopefully I have been provided with a K1 Visa as I qualified for a National Interest Exemption which has been stated in the visa they have printed.

I am concerned now about taking a direct flight from Schenghen Area to US. The Airline companies can denied the boarding. I would like to understand if someone has already flown straight from a european country to the US with KLM or any other Airline companies and had issues.

Hello does anyone have a link where I can find what to bring with me to my N400 Interview? I need to know if there are other things I need to bring that's not listed in the interview letter? Thanks!
