K1, ESTA and L1-B/H1-B

I have question on my case: once our I-129F were soon approved, how could the following process interfere with an ESTA or L1-B petition for the same person that could potentially happen soon?

The background is the following.

Last August 2020 my american fianc e sent an application for a K1 visa for me, italian citizen, so we could get married in the US to consequently apply for a green card.

Today Visa Journey forecast for I-129F approval is April 11.

Two weeks ago I discovered that my employer is urgently looking for several skilled employees to support a new operation recently opened just where my fianc e lives.

I've applied for one of the positions and I had a first interview with the european hiring manager who described me the possible scenarios in which, given the urgency, they suppose I could quickly support the colleagues in US starting with an ESTA and several weeks of business trip and, in the meanwhile, ideally start the paperwork for a working visa, possibly a L1-B as I was granted in 2014 in a location nearby.

I don't know how high the chances I have to be selected for the position (I would optimistically estimate 55%) and 'win the lottery' of being quickly, at least temporary, being in the US on a totally different pathway than the one I'd been planning and acting upon.

Can someone advise if there could be possible CRITICAL interferences between a running K1 visa process and the petition for ESTA ESTA and L1-B/H1-B?

Hello from the heel of Italy

I just realized I haven't introduced myself yet, so hello everyone!

I'm an Italian postgrad student, dealing with my last exams, the life at my parents' place again after many years alone, and an intercontinental long-distance relationship!

My fianc is a purebred Wisconsinite, and he was my very first contact with the US. I am from the very South of Italy, but I lived for 9 years in Tuscany, and one in the UK.

We met on a penpals forum, started chatting cause I had just moved back to Italy after a year in Scotland and I wanted to keep practicing with English, and he speaks Italian (he loves Italy and was planning to move here when he retires. I always tell him that he wants to marry me only to obtain the citizenship) but it was getting rusty. None of us was looking for a relationship, but the good intention to stay friends lasted maybe a month, or less haha.

So here we are now, with our journey with the k1 visa just at its beginning. We haven't met since late april last year due to the travel ban, but we're looking forward to hugging again, and starting to plan our life together.

Hello my Citizenship interviewed was previously scheduled for 2/2 and then canceled because the Northeastern and rescheduled to 3/16. Upon interviewing me, the IO found out my entire "printed" folder was missing so as a formality he has to wait and retrieve that before closing the case. I passed all the tests and everything looked perfect to go. I will receive the updated notification between 3 to 6 weeks. Apparently it happens often when you change the first appointment? Anyone else experienced the same?

Starting an LLC with AOS pending?

I am adjusting status (from ESTA) and currently the application is pending.

I did the biometrics appointment and I applied for EAD, but haven't received it yet - which means that currently I don't have a tax ID number, nor a SSN.

My husband (US citizen) and I are starting a business together and we both want to be owners - we're opting for an LLC.

Can I legally do it? Should I wait to have the work permit? Would having an LLC affect my immigration procedure in any way? Any general advice?

Thank you all!

I haven t found this specific answer and I hope I can get some sort of help.

I m a military spouse living overseas with my husband. I m aware I could have skipped the ROC process and just apply for Citizenship under 319(b) but with covid happening I didn t want to mess with it and just go the safe route.

Now with my I-751 case pending, can I apply for citizenship, or is it too late? My 3 years window opens up in June 2021 but what I m understanding is because I entered the US with a CR1 I d have to fly to the states for an interview. I m asking all this because I wouldn t want to fly to the states for ROC and then fly back again for Citizenship.
