US Immigration from Italy

I'll have my interview next Tuesday and, in my triple check of the documents I'll bring with me, I've just realized that, yes, I have my ITALIAN police certificate and i DON'T have any police certificate for the 2 years I've lived in the USA in 2014-2016.

In the Packet 3 for Neaples I read:

"If you are 16 years of age or older, you must submit a photocopy of a police certificate from all countries you have lived in using below criteria:

IF the applicant lived in another country for more than 12 months THEN the applicant needs a police certificate from the police authorities of that country."

I'm not optimistic I can gather my - NONE TO DECLARE - certificate easily and quickly enough...

Is this a potential critical issue? Has anyone experience to share?

here is my question: I am filing the waiver for I751 after divorce. I hired an attorney ( an expensive one btw) to make sure that everything will be filed properly and to have guidance at the interview.
i sent what he asked me at the end of April and my GC will expire on September 2021. His assistants said that he s working on my affidavits and then I will have to tell people to sign them again once he corrects them. It s now June and I asked how long it will take before filing and he s saying takes up to 4 months for all the documents to be organized. My GC expires in September at the beginning so I hope he meant 3 to 4 months since I sent him all the evidence. Has anyone been in the same situation is that normal for an attorney to take that long??????

It has been almost 5 months since I filed for the AOS from a K1 visa. Anytime I chat with an Emma Live Agent, I received the same "saved-reply". When I attempted to request an expedite they asked me whether or not I had done my bio. I start thinking that they do not see anything different than what we see on our USCIS account.

What do you think? Does anybody have a different experience?

I have been scheduled for a N400 interview at the end of June. As per topic title, I applied under the 3 years rule - I am the spouse of a USC. I was wondering which documents I should bring with me to the interview. The interview notice letter specifically asks for the green card, passport, marriage certificate and proof of my spouse citizenship. It also mentions that I should bring to the interview the originals of the documents used as evidence with my N400 application. I read in other threads that other users brought additional evidence, such as their most recent tax returns. Any advice on what I should bring? To give you some context:

- I filed the N400 concurrently with the I-751 petition;

- my I-751 petition received an RFIE last month. I replied to the RFIE on May 20th and the petition was approved without the need for an interview.
