My wife just received her citizenship/naturalization after a successful final ceremony and oath ceremony. She is now a citizen but does not yet have a passport. She needs to take a domestic flight, however, before receiving her passport. We are wondering what kind of evidence she needs to present at security to fly. Has anyone been in this particular situation? Presumably, it would no longer make sense to fly using her Israeli passport since her permanent resident status no longer applies.

I didn't find too much information in this forum about WOM, so I wanted to share my progress so far. I filed I-485 on September 2019. Normal processing times in my field office are 15.5 months. I have been waiting for a decision for almost 3 years. I had an interview on February 2022. Filing outside normal processing times requests, inquiries to my senator, congresswoman and ombudsman did not help me. I filed the complaint to the federal court a few weeks ago. That same day, the judge issued an order, returning my case to the USCIS and giving them 120 days to make a decision in my case. That same day, court closed my case. The USCIS hasn't yet filed a response to the court. I believe that even after the court marked the case closed, USCIS can file a notice of appearance within the 120 days. If the USCIS doesn't provide an answer within 120 days, I think that the judge can issue time extensions, so it seems like there is still a long way to go. On a positive note, at least I'm here with my wife, and we don't have to do this process while maintaining a long distance relationship, like we did during the k-1 application.

Hi All, I'm helping your replies will put my mind at ease: My husband attended his oath ceremony today in Atlanta. No family was allowed inside, so it was only him and the other new citizens. After they gave everyone certificates, one of the leaders ushered a large group of the new citizens into a hallway and told them to wait there. But, after that person left, the group of people went to the elevators, including my husband (just following the group). Now he is worried he might have missed something critical. Would there have been anything additional he needed to complete while he was inside after getting the official naturalization certificate? Thank you.

I m confused. I applied to extend my expired AP. When I check online, I see this message: Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent. On March 21, 2021, we received your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number .., and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. However, today I received this email: Thank you for your inquiry dated February 28, 2022. Our system shows that your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, was denied on January 20, 2022. The Denial Notice was mailed to the address on file. I haven t received anything in the mail. What should I do? Why would they deny it after I have been waiting for almost one year, and after they already approved my first AP?
