If I am uploading pay stubs and an employment verification letter as proof of employment, do I merge those into one PDF or upload them as two separate "PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT"s?

There is a document that I must upload that has text going in several directions (left to right and up and down).

I am scanning it in the direction it would normally be displayed in, but it looks to the average person like it is on its side.

Is it advisable to add a note somewhere that it is actually facing the right direction? Should this note be added in the comments field of the upload or hand-written on the scan?

We have received our approval notice for i-130 and our case has been sent to NVC on Oct 7th.

I have checked with local police and police records take around 3 weeks to process, could be 3-4 weeks to receive.

Should we send a request for police records now or is it too early?

How up to date should they be?

1. Does anyone have a link to an example cover letter for the NVC stage for sending documents?

2. Is it still recommended to write name and case number when uploading docs to the NVC site?

3. Are the civil docs required at the NVC (not embassy) stage the same for all countries? Do I need to provide the Israeli ID in addition to Israeli passport of beneficiary?
