US Immigration from Israel

Hello All, I am currently in processing on my i129 Fiance K1 visa with USCIS

On June 10th I requested to have my case expedited due to severe financial loss and hardship.

I then received the following responses on my USCIS account

06/10/2020

On June 10, 2020, your request to have your case expedited, referral number ______________ was completed.

06/10/2020

On June 10, 2020, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number _________________

06/10/2020

On June 10, 2020, your request to have your case expedited, referral number ___________________, was assigned to an officer for response

I then received an email on June 10th requesting further evidence.

Two days later I sent all the evidence and to the Email which was instructed me to send it to.

I have since never received any other form or communication with USCIS and it has been almost three weeks.

Every time I call they tell me they have no further information and that I need to wait.

I don't know if my documents were received, if I am waiting for approval to expedite, or approval of the case itself.

Was wondering if anyone is in a similar situation that could guide me more clearly?

I came to the US 4 months ago and received my GC, left last week returned to my home country for 3 months, then I will go back to the US but I might have to return to my county again a few months later for 2-3 months again, I will be traveling back and forth quite a lot since my dad is alone in my home country. will I need a reentry permit even tho I won't be staying out of the US for more than one year?

Hey all! So on May 20th, Vermont Center received our O-1B yearly extension that my sponsor sent. It has been over a week since and we haven t received any receipt notice as of yet.

Mu current status expires on May 31st and it s really close. Normally, with past petitions, we ve received all notices within 5 days of the day they ve received it. Can it be longer because of the COVID situation?

Also, at what stage of the adjudication does USCIS perform its background checks? Before issuing the receipt notice or after?

Hi all hope everyone is safe and well during this difficult times.

I have a pending case for n400 . I did my biometric March 2nd and waiting to hear from them.

I have a question regarding what the background check produce and if I have a misdemeanor from a civil tick I got for a building I own that wasn't kept and ended up in court to pay $400 and a misdmeanor for owning an unsafe building. Can any one tell me if this will effect my chances to become a citizen or what should I do if do show up?
