When filing online do you need to write your name on the back of two passport photos and the date?

Or can you just set two digital copies.

We received an RFE for a fine in Switzlerand (over 500..the petitioner, not myself). We have been in touch with the police department that issued the fine and received their police report, a pdf which is an official document signed by the officer. We have also requested for a police certificate for Switzerland. It was just a fine and no charge or conviction was made (it was a moving violation before someone asks ). We have a translator ready to translate the documents before responding to the RFE but my question is: Is this pdf valid as a certified copy? Or would we need a physical copy with a wet signature?

We are repsonding with

1) Ticket received on site
2) receipt of fine payment

3) police clearance from Switzerland

4) police report from the local unit.

Is this enough? We will have them notarized also before submitting....I'm just curious if we need a wet signature from the local department.

Sorry if this is a very basic question but I m a bit confused about the information I m reading online.

I m posting in my application for AOS this week with my marriage cert, I-485 etc.

I m confused about what I m meant to send regarding my medical. I did my medical in October so it s still in date. After my K1 interview I was given the cover sheet from my medical which included my vaccine information and a CD of my x-ray. Do I need to post them for my AOS, or is there another form that I m missing from my doctors in my home country?

I got married last week and I m in the process of gathering everything together for my AOS. I forgot to take my NOA2 I received after my K1 over with me. I m confident that it has to be in my home in Ireland but just in case it isn t. What s the process for applying for a replacement? I know it s about $200.

Also a double question, I know that the I-944 is going to be needed for visa applications very soon, does anyone know how it ll impact those of us who file just before it is brought in? Ideally I should be able to file next week provided that I get my NOA2 and marriage licence in time but will my application be rejected if an I-944 isn t included? I can only find draft forms for it not the official one.

My fiance was arrested in a sting operation for importuning back in 2005. He was on the sex offender list for 10 years. The petition was filed with his paperwork, as required.

We had the completed petition forms reviewed by an immigration lawyer who said the petition should be fine. We filed for the K1 in September and received a letter early this month to say the case had been preliminary reviewed and was transferred from CSC to VSC as part of the processing.

I just learned about the AWA and I would really like to know where others here think we stand in terms of getting approval.
