US Immigration from Ireland

Hello everyone. I ve been filing for my adjustment of status after receiving a K1.

Yesterday I got word that my I-485, I-131 and I-765 were rejected for an incorrect filing fee . I included the form for credit card Authorization and I put $1,225 on it. I ve called UCSIS twice about it, the first person I spoke to said it actually costs $1,885 because I have to pay for the right to travel separately. The second person said that my $1,225 was correct and it was probably an issue with the card (the card shouldn t have been rejected it s always had the money for the filing on it, but I m not ruling out that I put an incorrect number down. I ll definitely use a money order this time ) I m worried that I got two different figures from two different agents. Should I just put $1,885 down to be sure or would that be rejected for being too much?

My wife and I want to try and expedite our Petition.

Do we have to call to try and expedite or can we do it online?

(My wife (the petitioner) has serious chronic health issues. She s currently living in Ireland with me but her visa runs out in July. We want to expedite on the basis that she requires me to care for her. We are hoping this will be expedited).

When filing online do you need to write your name on the back of two passport photos and the date?

Or can you just set two digital copies.

We received an RFE for a fine in Switzlerand (over 500..the petitioner, not myself). We have been in touch with the police department that issued the fine and received their police report, a pdf which is an official document signed by the officer. We have also requested for a police certificate for Switzerland. It was just a fine and no charge or conviction was made (it was a moving violation before someone asks ). We have a translator ready to translate the documents before responding to the RFE but my question is: Is this pdf valid as a certified copy? Or would we need a physical copy with a wet signature?

We are repsonding with

1) Ticket received on site
2) receipt of fine payment

3) police clearance from Switzerland

4) police report from the local unit.

Is this enough? We will have them notarized also before submitting....I'm just curious if we need a wet signature from the local department.

Sorry if this is a very basic question but I m a bit confused about the information I m reading online.

I m posting in my application for AOS this week with my marriage cert, I-485 etc.

I m confused about what I m meant to send regarding my medical. I did my medical in October so it s still in date. After my K1 interview I was given the cover sheet from my medical which included my vaccine information and a CD of my x-ray. Do I need to post them for my AOS, or is there another form that I m missing from my doctors in my home country?
