US Immigration from Ireland

If we get divorced right after my husband gets his 10 year GC (currently in year two of his 2 year conditional GC), can he stay in the country indefinitely?

Spouse has been looking all over for the flu vaccine to try and get it before his medical. His GP couldn't give it because of covid iirc, and the pharmacies he's gone to have either put him on a waiting list or just outright told him that they don't have it. He's been trying to get the jab for months now, since the start of the season, with no luck.

I expect that we still have some time until we get our interview date and his medical, but I'm wondering if anyone else has any tips or experience with not being able to be vaccinated. What do we do if he's unable to find someplace to jab him before we get the medical? Even though he's not in a vulnerable group for the flu, when he asks for it it's always with the preface that he needs it for immigration purposes. Worst case scenario, is getting documentation that there isn't a vaccine available enough?

curious if anyone who has an interview date in Dublin, ireland has heard anything regarding the level 5 lockdown? Curious if they re canceling appointments again and closing or are able to continue on with interviews since this lockdown is allowing retail & gyms to stay open. I can t seem to get through to them so any help is appreciated.

I submitted my N-400 in May this year and finally got my Biometrics appointment for 28th of December. The only thing is, I will be out of the state for the Christmas break. I called the USCIS and asked to speak to tier two and the agent put a request in. Tier two never called me back, but sent an email instead. I've included a screen shot as you can see it states my appointment was cancelled, i'm really worried because this is not reflected in my online status which just says biometrics appointment scheduled. On the same day I originally called USCIS, I sent a cancelation notice to BPU by snail mail. Im starting to worry that because my status has not changed or they have not rescheduled me that I will be denied and will have to start all over again. Does anyone have any data points on rescheduling because all I can find with searching the forum is stuff from people who are frantic due to covid canceling appointments.

Can the consular officer reject something the was approved by the NVC? We submitted a waiver for the police certificate for my husband living in Malawi because he lived there for a very short period of time when he was 17 and there is no official website for the police headquarters there or email address that we could find. We then felt it was note safe to send $300 cash by post to Malawi as my husband has experience with money being taken out of envelopes and post. Also on the US website where it says "Available: yes" for an available document, the Malawi police report just has the heading for "available". Not actually stating if it is available. NVC accepted the reason in the comments for not uploading the Malawi police certificate, but can the consular officer reject this and demand he get one? Thanks!
